Event App Rebranding & Theme Customization
This project showcases my long-term work on rebranding a Swiss event‑management app used for in‑person, hybrid, and virtual events. The app’s UI framework is fixed and not designed by me, but every event receives a fully customized visual identity based on the client’s brand guidelines. Over the years, I have created hundreds of unique event themes for globally recognized companies across automotive, finance, agriculture, technology, and more.
Branding Examples
The event app uses a fixed UI framework, but each event theme is fully rebranded to match the visual identity of the specific client. My role focuses on visual composition, color systems, and banner design within these constraints, ensuring that every event feels unique while remaining consistent with the platform’s structure.
These themes are visual adaptations, not UI redesigns—structural elements remain part of the platform’s fixed framework. I work within those constraints to build cohesive, branded experiences that respect strict corporate guidelines while still feeling tailored to each event.
3D Venue Maps
In addition to theme branding, I create custom 3D venue maps used inside the app for navigation and event orientation. These maps help attendees understand the layout of the venue, locate key areas, and move through the event space more intuitively.
Process & Responsibilities
My work focuses on visual adaptation rather than structural UI design. The platform provides a fixed layout and component system, and I build on top of it through theme setup, banner production, 3D map creation, and design of promotional assets for iOS and Android app store listings.
Many event themes also include promotional assets for app-store listings. These require precise alignment with brand identity, ensuring consistency between in-app visuals and external communication materials.
