Social Media Awareness Campaign - U.S. House-Flipping Brand
This project showcases a six-post social media awareness campaign created for a U.S. house-flipping company I supported for several years. The goal of the campaign was to communicate how simple and fast their home-selling process is - from requesting a cash offer to completing the sale in just a few steps.
The client wanted a friendly, approachable tone for the brand and chose a pug mascot to represent their personality. They provided licensed stock images of the pug along with the core message direction for each post. My role was to develop a cohesive visual system, refine the messaging, and design a series of posts that clearly explained the service benefits while keeping the mascot central to the storytelling.
Concept and Approach
The campaign was designed for social media platforms where visual storytelling is key, with Instagram as the primary channel. Each post highlights a different part of the service.
Instant cash offers, no repairs needed, fast closing timelines, a simple and stress-free process, local market expertise, and a friendly brand personality expressed through the pug mascot.
The pug was integrated into every post using the licensed stock images provided by the client. I performed extensive retouching, color grading, and compositing to ensure the mascot felt consistent across all visuals and aligned with the brandβs tone.
Design Execution
The campaign uses a clean, high-contrast layout with a blue-based color palette that reflects the brandβs identity. The pug mascot acts as the emotional anchor of the series - guiding the viewer through each message and reinforcing the approachable personality the client wanted.
To maintain consistency across the six posts, I created a unified visual system: a consistent blue palette, a clear typography hierarchy, repeated framing and spacing rules, and matching lighting and tone across all pug images.
The posts were also designed with subtle motion-ready compositions in mind, making it easy to adapt the visuals into simple animations for future use if needed.
Tools Used
Photoshop, Illustrator, licensed stock photography, and custom retouching workflows.

This campaign was created for a U.S. house-flipping company previously known as DealHouse (now operating under a different name). All brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced in this project belong to their respective owners and are used here strictly for portfolio demonstration purposes. All pug images were licensed stock assets provided directly by the client and were edited and adapted by me for use in this campaign.
