This concept explores how interactive 3D can elevate product storytelling inside standard HTML5 display formats. The goal was to create a banner that doesn’t just show a product, but lets the user experience it - turning a passive ad space into a tactile, premium interaction.
Modern audio brands rely heavily on product design to communicate quality. Traditional banners flatten that experience, reducing a carefully crafted object into a static image. The challenge was to simulate the feeling of holding the product directly inside the banner, while keeping performance, file size, and ad-network limitations in mind.
The idea was to build a motion-driven reveal that transitions seamlessly into a real-time 3D interaction. The product box enters the scene closed, creating anticipation. As the animation progresses, the lid opens smoothly to reveal the earplugs inside - a moment designed to mimic a premium unboxing experience.
Once the reveal completes, the banner switches into interactive mode. Users can rotate the 3D model freely, exploring the product from every angle. This approach merges storytelling, animation, and user control, transforming a standard banner into a micro-product demo.
Key elements include:
Both banner versions include a subtle white frame around the edges. When placed on a white page, this creates the illusion that the 3D object is emerging out of the banner itself - enhancing the sense of depth and making the interactive moment feel more tactile and realistic.

The result is a banner that feels more like a product showcase than an advertisement.
